Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of ozilgoaltrend.com (the "service"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

The service lets you upload a photo and generate a short AI video for the Ozil goal trend: a re-creation of Mesut Özil's goal for Arsenal away at Ludogorets in November 2016, with the person in the photo as the scorer. Videos are generated by third-party AI providers on our behalf (see AI Models We Use). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

The service is an independent fan tool, not affiliated with Mesut Özil, Arsenal FC or UEFA, and not endorsed by them or by any broadcaster or music rights holder. Their names are used only to describe the goal the trend is about. We do not host or offer the original match footage for download; the original goal is shown on our site only as an embed of Arsenal's official YouTube video.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You need an account to generate videos. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your Uploads

You may only upload photos that:

• show yourself, or a person who has given you permission to use their photo for this purpose;
• you have the right to use;
• do not show anyone under 18; and
• do not show a public figure, such as a celebrity, athlete or politician, including Mesut Özil or any other footballer.

Uploading a photo of another person without their permission is not allowed.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that these conditions are met. You are responsible for the photos you upload and the videos you generate from them.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your photos and generated videos as needed to provide the service, including sending photos to our AI providers for processing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to create, upload, or share:

• sexual or sexually suggestive content;
• content involving minors;
• hateful, harassing, threatening, or violent content;
• content that impersonates another person, or that could mislead others into believing a real person did or said something they did not;
• content that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or
• content that violates any applicable law.

You also agree not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the service, or use automated means to abuse it.

We may refuse, remove, or block content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that we believe violate these terms.

AI Models We Use

• Reference images: your photo is first turned into reference illustrations by Nano Banana 2 (Google's Gemini 3.1 Flash Image). We access this model through the API provider APIMart.
• Your videos: generated with Seedance 2.0, a video model developed by ByteDance, which we access through Volcengine Ark. It uses a reference video of the goal sequence that we prepare as the scene and motion reference, and puts the person in your photo in as the scorer.
• Audio: videos come with stadium sound generated by the video model. They do not include the original broadcast commentary or any trending music. Add music on the platform where you post, in line with its rules. GIFs are silent.

If we change the model used for your videos, we will update this section before the change takes effect.

Content Moderation

We use several layers of protection against prohibited content:

1. Account and upload checks. Only signed-in users with purchased credits can generate videos. Before each generation, you must confirm that the photo is yours or that you have permission to use it; photos of anyone under 18 and of public figures are not allowed.
2. Automated screening. Every uploaded photo and generated video passes through the safety filters built into the AI model provider. The filters block requests they flag. Blocked generations are not delivered to you.
3. Human review. We review every report we receive by hand. We also review content that our automated screening flags, and accounts that show unusual usage patterns.

We act on violations according to their severity:

• Critical (content involving minors, sexual content of real people, terrorism): content removed immediately, account terminated, and reported to the authorities where required (for example, child sexual abuse material to NCMEC).
• High (someone's photo used without consent, impersonation designed to deceive, harassment): content removed and account suspended.
• Medium (other breaches of the Acceptable Use rules): content removed and a warning issued.
• Low (minor breaches): a warning, and the content removed if not corrected.

Removing content means deleting the generated video from our storage and disabling its share link.

Reporting Content

When to report. Report any generated video that breaks these terms, including content involving minors, a video made from your photo without your permission, impersonation, or content that infringes your rights.

How to report.

• Click Report this video on any shared video page.
• Or email support@ozilgoaltrend.com with the subject "Content report". Include the video link (for example, https://ozilgoaltrend.com/v/...) and a short description of the problem.

How we handle reports.

• Critical reports: first response and resolution within 24 hours. We disable the content as soon as we confirm the report.
• All other reports: first response within 2 business days, resolution within 5 business days.

We keep the identity of the person making a report confidential. We review each report independently and objectively. We record false or malicious reports and may act on them.

AI-Generated Output

Generated videos are produced by AI models and may contain errors, artifacts, or results that do not match your expectations. Results depend on the photo you upload. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Subject to these terms and your rights in the photo you uploaded, you may use your generated videos for personal and non-commercial purposes, such as posting on social media. You are responsible for how you use and share them, including adding any music in line with the rules of the platform you post on.

Credits, Payment, and Refunds

Generating a video uses credits: 1 credit for a 480p video and 2 credits for a 720p HD video. Credits are sold as one-time packs; there is no subscription. Prices are shown on our website before purchase. Orders are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake, who also handles order-related inquiries and returns. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details.

Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase; credits already used to generate a video are not refundable. If a generation fails, the credits used for it are returned to your account automatically. See our Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

The service, including its software and design, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights in the service other than the right to use it as described here.

The original match footage, Arsenal's official video embedded on our site, and the names and marks of Mesut Özil, Arsenal FC and UEFA are not ours. They belong to their rights holders. If you hold rights in any content used by the service, contact us at support@ozilgoaltrend.com. We will review your request and remove content where appropriate.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is terminated for violating these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
